Terms of Service

Last updated: June 21, 2026

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and services provided by SS Development Partners (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including TIGRE (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Description of services

We design and operate native mobile applications and related websites. The Services may evolve over time as we add, modify, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion.

User accounts and responsibilities

Some features require an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
  • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users’ accounts.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services or related infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from our apps except as permitted by law.
  • Upload malicious code or otherwise misuse the Services in a way that harms us or others.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Some features may be offered through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. These purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — not directly by us — and are subject to those platforms’ terms. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refund requests are generally subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies.

Intellectual property

The Services — including all apps, software, content, designs, logos, and trademarks (such as the SS Development Partners and TIGRE names and marks) — are owned by SS Development Partners or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content and data you create, and you grant us the rights necessary to operate and provide the Services to you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our apps are not medical devices and do not provide medical or health advice; consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SS Development Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will end, while provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
