Introduction
SS Development Partners (“SS Development Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a software development studio based in Texas, United States. We build native mobile applications, including TIGRE, our workout-tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the third parties we work with, and the choices and rights you have.
It applies to our websites and mobile apps (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — When you create an account we collect your name and email address. We support sign-in through Firebase Authentication, Apple Sign In, and Google Sign In; when you use one of these, the provider shares basic profile details (such as your name and email) with us.
- App data — Information you create while using our apps — for example your workouts, sets, body metrics, goals, and preferences. In TIGRE this includes the exercises, weights, and reps you log.
- Usage and device data — Limited analytics about how the Services are used, such as feature usage, app version, device type, and crash diagnostics, which help us improve performance and reliability.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our apps and features.
- Create and secure your account and authenticate sign-in.
- Sync your data across your devices.
- Respond to support requests and send important service updates.
- Understand usage trends and diagnose technical issues.
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Services. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments:
- Firebase (Google) — Authentication, Firestore database, and Cloud Storage for accounts and app data.
- Apple — Apple Sign In and App Store services.
- Google — Google Sign In and Google Play services.
- Analytics providers — Aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics and crash reporting.
We encourage you to review these providers’ privacy policies to understand how they handle data.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Firebase and Google Cloud. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information.
Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These may include the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your data (the “right to be forgotten”).
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of your data.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@ssdevelopmentpartners.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
International users
We are based in the United States and serve users across the US, Latin America, and Spain and other parts of the European Union. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US and other countries where our providers operate. We take steps to ensure your data is handled consistently with this Privacy Policy and applicable law wherever it is processed.
Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
