Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, a username, and your chosen avatar (an emoji, your initials, or an optional profile photo). If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the account identifier and email associated with that provider. If you use Sign in with Apple’s “Hide My Email,” we only receive Apple’s private relay address.

Fitness and body data you enter. Tiger stores the workout and body information you choose to log, including exercises, sets, reps, weights, notes, workout dates, routines, bodyweight, height, BMI, body measurements, and personal goals. We derive statistics from this data such as experience points, levels, streaks, personal records, and achievements.

Leaderboard data (optional). The leaderboard is off by default. If you opt in, we publish a limited public profile — your username, avatar, level, tier, experience points, streak, session count, and top personal records — visible to other Tiger users. You can turn this off at any time in Settings.

Diagnostic data. We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and basic diagnostic information to fix bugs and improve stability. We use App Check (Apple App Attest) to verify that requests come from a genuine, untampered copy of the App.

What we do NOT collect. Tiger does not serve advertising, does not use third-party advertising or marketing analytics, and does not access Apple Health. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device.

• To provide the App’s core features — logging, statistics, routines, rest timer, and progress tracking.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To power the leaderboard, only if you opt in.
• To diagnose crashes and improve reliability and performance.
• To send local reminders you have enabled.

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, and, for optional profile photos, Firebase Storage) on Google’s cloud infrastructure. Google acts as our data processor. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except:

• Service providers — Google (Firebase) and Apple (Sign in with Apple), who process data on our behalf to run the App.
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Public leaderboard — the limited profile described above, only if you opt in.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account; this removes your workouts, exercises, body logs, routines, profile, and leaderboard entry. You may also contact us at support@ssdevelopmentpartners.com to request deletion.

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly in the App, or by contacting us at support@ssdevelopmentpartners.com. We do not sell personal information.

Tiger is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and Google’s secured infrastructure, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using Tiger you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notice in the App.
